Shipping Policy: We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location, carrier, and selected shipping method.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Estimates: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on special rates, and/or weight, and/or dimensions, and/or destination. Some weights or dimensions may be rounded up to ensure accurate postage.

Local Pickup: If you choose our pickup option, you will receive instructions by email once your order is ready. (See page for Pickup Options)

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost shipments. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Service Area: Awesome Buys uses USPS for shipping exclusively to customers within our specified service zones. We do not have a physical storefront; therefore, in-person browsing or unscheduled pickups are not available.
  • Shipping to USA only. At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 states. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and want to purchase an item on our website, please contact us by E-mail. We will explore all options for your delivery and get back to you.  All shipping goes through USPS.
