Return Window:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Items must include original packaging when applicable.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return address.

Non‑Returnable Items:

  • Please note: Vintage and one‑of‑a‑kind items may also be non‑returnable depending on their condition and description.

Partial Refunds:

Sale Items:

Sale or clearance items are non‑refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item (and it is still in stock), email Info@AwesomeBuys.net and we will provide return instructions.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted. For high‑value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
