Service Area: Awesome Buys provides local delivery and shipping exclusively to customers within our specified service zones. We do not have a physical storefront; therefore, in-person browsing or unscheduled pickups are not available.
Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. For local customers, we may offer specific flat-rate or free delivery options depending on the order value.
Delivery Attempts: If a local delivery is attempted and cannot be completed (e.g., no access to the property or incorrect address), we will contact you to reschedule. A redelivery fee may apply.
Delivery Timeframes: While we strive for prompt delivery, timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you via email or text once your order is out for delivery.
Risk of Loss: Once an item is delivered to the address provided (e.g., left on a porch or with a building manager at your request), the responsibility for the items transfers to the customer.
Shipping to USA only. At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 states. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and want to purchase an item on our website, please contact us by E-mail. We will explore all options for your delivery and get back to you. All shipping goes through USPS.
